Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Reform Baseball Performance (“Reform,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Reform athlete mobile app and related coaching services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

How we share your information

Your information is visible to your Reform coach so they can train you. We otherwise share data only with service providers who help us run the app, under obligations to protect it:

Data storage & security

Data is stored with Supabase and protected by row-level security so that you can access only your own records and your coach can access their athletes’ records. Data is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to safeguard your information.

Children’s privacy

Reform coaches youth and high-school athletes. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If an athlete is a minor (under 18), a parent or guardian must consent to their use of the Service, and parents may contact us to review or delete their child’s information.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at the email below. Deleting your account removes your personal data from active systems.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We delete or anonymize it on request or when it is no longer needed.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
